people are busy with well, busy lives-yet they still have a nice chunk of
time to immerse themselves in learning and playing.

Even though I have been working with this luscious medium for over 15 years I am still in wonder of it's versatility.
Ancient and intriguing, this
method of painting originated in Greece, where it was used for the
earliest easel and mural painting. A heady combination of colour, melting wax
and heat, encaustic mixes dry and oil pigments in hot beeswax.
Classes are
enjoyable for those with no previous art-making experience as well as returning
artists who want to further explore this alluring and tactile medium.
