Open Studio event this Saturday

The image below was made one evening last week, when the weather was warm and hues of summer were tantalizingly near.

It has been cold, grey and monochrome this week, perfect for hunkering down and preparing for Saturday’s Open Studio. 



I am very excited to announce that my good friend Michelle Teitsma, along with her paintings, will be making an appearance tomorrow afternoon! Teitsma works exclusively in oil, and her work is collected both nationally and abroad. http://michellefteitsma.blogspot.ca/

Judy also works ‘en plein air’, and will have an assortment of lively paintings available for sale.

The show runs from 10-5. There will be a draw as well as impromptu promotions throughout the afternoon so if you are near by, stop by! It promises to be a beautiful sunny day. The indoor/outdoor event takes place in a lovely setting backed by vineyards and open sky.

I’ve also hung all of my Ireland works so come, drink them in while enjoying a glass of wine!
